I've been trying since yesterday to post new stories on both Fanfiction and Fictionpress, and I get the same 'error has occurred while processing your request' message every time. And it won't let me send a message to their support e-mail either... This is really getting frustrating!!!!!!!!! |

yeah, I've gotten it too. It sucks, but at least it's a site-wide problem so it'll get fixed faster. *crosses fingers* I can't get into the support.fanfiction.net part either, I just get an error page for that too. u_u
Well, at least it's good to know it's not me but a ff.net problem. I really hope they get that resolved soon. It's so ironic; I haven't posted anything there in a while, and now that I *do* have stuff to update, I can't get in! ARGH!
Yeah, not working for me either. You can try the workaround that usually works when this happens:
Go into any existing story and go into Content/Chapters Export the document into Document Manager Edit the exported document and replace the contents with the file you're trying to upload Fiddle with the formatting to make it look right Post your story!
Thanks for the tip, Camille! I might have to resort to that if FF.net doesn't clean up its act soon. And if that wasn't enough, I also tried to post "Four Messages" on LJ, and the LJ cuts didn't seem to be working. But that was probably a screw-up on my part. Ah, it's not easy being green and computer-illiterate...
Oh yeah, I'm getting the same roadblocks and it is *very* irritating.
Isn't it? I've been kind of tired of FF.net for quite some time anyways, but there aren't many more places for me to post the stories of the genres I write in. Sucks! | |
