Well, looks like I've cheered too soon. The house we thought we had.....we had already started the paperwork for the sale, but the sellers haven't actually signed them yet, only verbally accepted our offer. So yesterday our realtor gets a call from their realtor that they got a higher offer on the house, and that they are going to accept that one unless we increase our offer. And since we don't want to play the bidding war game, we're going to have to let that house go.
I am beyond upset at this whole situation, and also sick and tired of searching for houses. Hubby is once again talking about packing up and moving back to Vegas (since the housing market is flooded there), and I'm just tired, tired, tired. Of everything.
What's going to happen now? Who knows........... |
